Återbetalningspolicy

1. General Return Policy (Food Safety & Hygiene) Due to the nature of our products (premium dried and cured seafood) and strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or change of mind. Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), food items and products with a broken hygiene seal are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Because we cannot guarantee how a food product was stored once it leaves our control, we cannot accept returns or restock these items. All sales of food products are final.

2. Wholesale and B2B Orders Please note that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish consumer law applies strictly to private individuals (B2C). All Business-to-Business (B2B) and wholesale transactions are considered final sale and are not eligible for standard returns.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Reklamation) Product quality and food safety are our highest priorities. If your order arrives damaged, the vacuum seal is compromised during transit, or you receive the incorrect item, you have the right to file a claim (reklamation).

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Reporting: If there is an issue, you must contact us at [Insert Your Support Email] within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Requirements: Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box.

  • Important: Please do not dispose of the defective product or the packaging until your claim has been fully resolved, as we may require it to be shipped back for quality control.

4. Refunds and Replacements If your claim for a defective or damaged product is approved, we will, at our discretion, either send a free replacement of the product or issue a full refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Unclaimed Packages (Ej uthämtade paket) If your order is delivered to a pickup point and is not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. Because we sell consumable food goods, we reserve the right to charge an administrative and return shipping fee for unclaimed packages. We do not issue full refunds for food products that are returned to us due to failure to collect.
