1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Gothenburg, Sweden.

  • Standard retail orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Swedish public holidays).

  • Wholesale and large bulk orders (multiple case packs of 500g or 1kg units) may require an additional 24 to 48 hours for preparation and palletizing. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Sweden) We offer reliable shipping across Sweden using [, PostNord, DHL, or DB Schenker].

3. International Shipping (European Union) We supply our premium dried seafood to customers and businesses across the EU.

  • EU Wholesale Freight: Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is applied at checkout according to destination country regulations, and no additional customs duties will apply.

If you plan to ship outside the EU, include this line: For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is strictly responsible for any local import duties, customs taxes, and agricultural clearance fees required by the destination country.

5. How Can I Track My Order? Once your order leaves our Gothenburg facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the email.

6. Unclaimed Packages (Ej uthämtade paket) For standard deliveries sent to a local pickup point (ombud), you typically have 7 to 14 days to collect your package, depending on the carrier. If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of [ 250 SEK] to cover the return shipping and handling costs. Because our products are food items, uncollected orders are not eligible for a full refund.

7. Damaged Shipments We take great care in packing our vacuum-sealed seafood to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
